OEM Service: We welcome OEM services. We can design the packaging and the products according to the customer's requirements.

How to Order:

• Tell us the model and quantity you need to get the latest quotation.
• Confirm order details and reach a trading intention; the order Proforma Invoice (PI) will be sent.
• Arrange payment; we will deliver the goods within 24 hours after the payment is received.

After-Sales Service:

• The vape pen e-cigarette products have a 6-month warranty after shipment, except for human factors.
• All products are strictly checked before packaging to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
• In case any defect occurs during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. If the defective rate exceeds 1%, all defective products should be returned for replacements.
• The buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Shipment methods: UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, Air express, etc.
• Delivery time is within 12 hours after payment is confirmed.
• It will take 3 to 7 days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
• Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that some remote places will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.
