Our ceramic heaters are manufactured by printing resistance slurry onto raw alumina ceramic sheets, which are then co-fired under 1700 degrees before the nickel lead wire is welded. This process yields a highly efficient medium-low temperature heating element that serves as an excellent replacement for traditional heating alloys and PTC elements.
